There are actually a number of these tags around the city, such as one complete with a Cockwolf poem (something about lovers of silver seed howling at the moon) on the AIDS memorial at Avenue & Bloor. Apparently it's a bizarre advertisement for some band who have yet to release an album of the same name.
Hey, this is from a song by Kids on TV. Technoey stuff. That's what the "poem" is too, it's the song lyrics.
