Another Prick Gets a Wall

They got their wall. And citizenship for the people who are here already. It seems like a rational and humane compromise. I don't like the idea of a wall myself. But, I can learn to live with it, if it means that the nuts stand down. So, will they be happy with it? Mmmm.... we'll see.

Hey at least it will give the mexicans somewhere to work for awhile. Because you know that's who will be building it! hehehe

That's the thing. If we use American contractors, their laborors will be Mexicans!

From the linked article:

"Construction of the barrier would send "a signal that open-border days are over. ... Good fences make good neighbors, fences don't make bad neighbors," said Sen. Jeff Sessions"

Am I crazy, or is this yet another misunderstanding of "Mending Wall"? I've always thought that Robert Frost was lamenting our insistence on building walls between each other.
