That's kinda sexy, and bucks the trend of making public fountains that resemble nothing so much as a coven of firehoses.
I like that. Maybe a smaller version for my backyard. Hmm if I 't' off the feed from the pump to the filter I can run part of the output to a fountain ...
Not just leaves but (maybe it's the angle of the photo) I can also see echoes of a humpback whale waving it's tail as it goes down.
