Shouting about art and culture from an ivory soapbox in a lonely corner of Mall University. Come on in- the ennui is fine! Note: No spam shall live.

It makes me think I have not been using my time wisely.
There's a place in Sandia Park, New Mexico, the Tinkertown Museum, that has this effect on me. It's filled to the eaves with hand-carved models, that move and sing and dance and... uh... other. There's a sailboat, too. A big one. Every surface is covered with something, and one of the frequently occurring themes is, This Is What I Was Doing While You Were Watching TV.
It's wild, and highly recommended if you find yourself in Albuquerque for some reason.
There are a few pictures on the web site: http://www.tinkertown.com/
the HD link says there are 6k paintings, not 60k. would it even be possible to make a hundred paintings in a day?
A typo?! ohh shiiiiiiiiiiiit!
And, sure. It just depends what you're painting with and on.
