Hiromi Bait

I don't know if Hiromi actually reads this anymore, but if so, here's a site she would enjoy: KTUH Hawaii radio from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. The music's decent and it's fun to listen to the silly, rambling conversations of Hawaiian university kids. As you can tell, I'm making good use of these college radio stations that broadcast online.

I can't listen to streaming audio sites at work - they frown mightily on the waste of resources.

What I need to do is a) change jobs or b) make my own company where I'll set aside a portion of the WAN connection to audio streams ....

Or someone needs to invent invisible earphones.

The earphones are not a problem - I've got a ton o' music squirreled away on my laptop.

They'd prefer those to some of the music I listen to when I'm in the groove and working away; not everyone appreciates Bach's works for the pipe-organ, sadly.

It's the bandwidth usage that gets noticed and remarked on.

Brian: Well, I enjoy Bach. I'd think they'd have a problem with death metal or something like that. Oh well.

Pagan: Yes, I got it. Shhhhh...
