I was playing bass for The Strokes, and for some reason, they hadn't picked up on the fact that I can't play bass very well. I was trying to figure out a way to get very good at bass very quickly.
I have this dream a lot. Last time it was Metallica that had unwittingly hired me to play bass, and I didn't know what to do then either.
Metallica makes more sense because I have Master of Puppets in my car tape deck. But, I hate the Strokes, so I have no idea why I would care if they found out that I can't play bass.

Personally, I like the Strokes and don't think that I could rightly identify a Metallica tune. In any case, thanks for dropping by my blog and for leaving a comment!
